Do you offer swatches?

I'm am happy to send you a swatch of any of my fabrics except Liberty. Color is difficult to gauge on a computer, so please email me with your address and I will be glad to mail you a swatch.

What is your return policy?

 

I accept returns of unused and uncut printed patterns in resalable condition. Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns of digital patterns or courses. I do accept returns for cut fabric if I made a mistake, but otherwise do not accept returns of cut fabric.  It is difficult to show true color and texture on a computer screen so please email me to receive a fabric sample. I am happy to send you a swatch unless it is a fabric that I have in very limited supply. Once I cut the fabric to a specific yardage and ship it, its yours, because as stated above, I do not accept returns of fabric unless I made a mistake! I will credit your account using the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the return.

How quickly do you ship, how much does it cost, and what carrier do you use?

 

Items are shipped within 2 business days (although usually sooner) and I will email you and let you know when your item has shipped. All of our items are shipped by weight. The most you will ever pay in the US is $8.50 and if the items weigh less than 13 ounces and are not bulky, they are shipped by First Class mail for $4.00. I try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible and will reduce your shipping and refund any overage if the actual cost differs from what I charged by more than $2.00. I only ship through the US Post Office and only accept payments through Paypal and Wix Payments

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, I am happy to ship internationally. If your country is not listed when you try to check out, please contact me, with covid, shipping policies keep changing. I only ship through the United State Post office.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

I accept credit cards through Paypal and Wix Payments. You do not have to have a Paypal account to checkout. Simply check out as a guest.
