About Pink Hollybush Designs:

At Pink Hollybush Designs we teach modern smocking through our courses and patterns so moms and grandmas can create a hand stitched garment that children adore. In particular we focus on helping sewists smock knit garments that busy mamas don't have to iron and that chidren love to wear because they are so soft and comfortable.

The name Pink Hollybush was created by daughter.  One Easter when she was four, all the cousins received stuffed rabbits. One named hers "Cotton," another "Fluffy," when I asked my daughter what the name of her rabbit was, she announced, "Pink Hollybush." May the same creativity that inspired the name Pink Hollybush, inspire you to create something beautiful today.

About Lisa:

Hello, I am Lisa. I have been sewing and creating since I was a little girl. One of my earliest memories is of my great aunt teaching me how to make a french knot. As a young mom, I found time, difficult as it was to sew for my two girls and sometimes myself. Along the way I taught myself to smock and joined the Smocking Arts Guild of America. I served as the national President of the Guild from 2014-2016 and have my Artisan certification in smocking. I love to champion the art of smocking and to help  others learn to smock so they can sew love into every stitch.
