Twirly Skirt is a yoked skirt with an elastic back waist made for every day. The skirt can be made in an easy care and comfortable knit (View A) or a great cotton woven (View B). With the elastic back waist, Twirly Skirt is simple to pull on and go. Twirly Skirt is quick to sew and comfortable to wear.  It even comes with pockets for all her treasures! Twirly Skirt can be made with either a smocked or gathered skirt that joins to the yoke.
