I hope you will join me for the Smock-Along!

Hi, I am Lisa and I am so glad that you are interested in smocking a Christmas Ornament for the holidays!  I have been smocking for over 25 years, have my Artisan level certification in smocking from the Smocking Arts Guild of America and served as their national President from 2014-2016. I started Pink Hollybush Designs to share my love of smocking, so grab a cup of tea, take a few moments for yourself and enjoy some quiet moments smocking for the holidays.

But Lisa, I have never smocked before, don't own a pleater, don't remember how to pleat...

Will I be able to figure this out?

>>> Are you a crafty person, comfortable with a needle and thread, and able to teach yourself from written instructions?  Then come join the smock-along - you will be just fine.

>>> Are you a visual person who prefers video instruction? Do you want to know all the ins and outs so you can master the technique? Do you want to be able to see each stitch being smocked? Would like to have the videos to go back to and review? Then check out my Learn to Smock Ornament Course.

>>> No pleater, no problem, check out our pre-pleated fabric kits on the supplies page once you register.

"My daughter wants you to know that you are a great teacher - she says my work/smocking/sewing has gone from above average to the next level above. She and my granddaughters thank you very much. Me too." Peggy D.
