Today I am over on the Oliver + S blog with a quick tutorial on the changes I made to this easy Breezy Blouse for my daughter. This simple wardrobe staple was quick to make and fun to sew. The side panels allow for fun customization, and as you can see I chose to turn them sideways! The other change I made to the pattern was to incorporate exposed bias bindings.
