Sew Cozy: Easy Sewing Ideas for Warm and Comfy Knit Clothes


Recommended Knit Fabrics to sew cozy garments.

As we welcome 2024 with record breaking temperatures, it only seems appropriate to think about sewing warm and cozy garments for ourselves and our loved ones. Sew Cozy is a video series that covers cozy fabrics and recommended garments to sew with them. Here you will find all the videos as well as the recommendations gathered all together in one place. So as the snow is falling outside my window, let's Sew Cozy!











The recommended cozy knit fabrics are French Terry, Sweatshirt Fleece and Sweater Knits. A great all purpose weight is 330 GSM or 10 oz/yd. The Hemp and Cotton Organic Fleece mentioned in the video can be found here.



The three patterns recommended to sew cozy knit garments are:
