Announcing the May Garden Jumper Pattern and Kit!

May Garden Jumper Pattern

I am so excited to introduce you to the May Garden Jumper Pattern! This little jumper pattern has been a labor of love for me and I am so excited to finally launch it out into the world! May Garden is specifically designed to be smocked with knits because you know how I love smocking knits! May Garden is a pull over sleeveless knit dress or jumper in sizes 3-12. I designed the pattern to be close enough to the body to be worn as a sleeveless dress but it also has enough ease to allow for a blouse or turtleneck to be worn under it in cooler weather. I live in New England after all!

May Garden comes with 2 bodice neck variations; a Boat Neck, and a Scoop Neck.

or gathered.

May Garden Gathered Kit

The pattern includes directions on how to sew the jumper with and without a serger. It comes with clear directions aimed to help the beginner, yes a beginner! and tons of pictures to walk you through each step of the construction and smocking process should you chose to smock the skirt. Of course, a smocking plate and the Smocking Stitches Guide is included.

May Garden Smocked Version

May Garden is available as a Digital PDF download, a printed pattern, or a kit for the gathered skirt version, and a kit for the smocked version (comes with pre-pleated skirt!).
